I observed first-hand, the challenges faced by helpless citizens who became victims of crimes. I realised that more often that not, they lack the knowledge on how to approach a police station, register their complaint as an FIR, and follow up on the case, etc. Consequently, many victims find themselves unable to take action until it is too late. Our mission is to provide legal advice to individuals who are victims of a crime, in need of help and assistance with criminal cases, encompassing a wide range of offenses, including but not limited to white-collar crimes, corporate frauds, cybercrimes, domestic violence, and various other criminal matters.

 

To achieve this goal, I have enlisted the services of Retired Police officers with vast experience in dealing with all sorts of criminal cases. The officers worked in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in criminal law. Their extensive experience enables us to provide comprehensive advice on criminal cases, from registering the FIR to filing a chargesheet by the police all the way to the conclusion of the case in the Hon’ble Court. Together, we aim to provide clear, efficient, and effective solutions to the legal challenges faced by our clients.

 

We have also taken on board Mr. Srikanth Madireddy, Advocate, as Chief Legal Advisor. Mr. Srikanth Madireddy has over 3 decades of experience in practicing civil, criminal and service matters in the Hon’ble High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as well as in Civil and Criminal Courts.

 

Legal advice and guidance are provided free of cost. However, if the client requests for drafting of a complaint, we will charge a nominal fee on a case-by-case basis.

 

We strictly advise victims only. In a few rare cases where victims are the accused, we provide them help as well. We will never physically go with our clients to the Police stations, Courts or any other offices. Our consultations are strictly in-person at our office and not on the phone or online.
